We are excited to be hiring a Communications Assistant through the UBC WorkLearn Program for Summer 2022!
The UBC Faculty of Arts is looking for an enthusiastic, committed and creative Communications Assistant for the UBC – Sciences Po Dual Degree and the Bachelor of Media Studies (BMS) programs with a strong desire to use program communications channels to build community within each cohort and positively contribute to the programs. The Communications Assistant will perform tasks related to ongoing communications initiatives to promote teaching, learning, student experience, and program activities in both programs to relevant internal and external audiences.
Some tasks include:
- Social media management
- Content creation
- Writing student profiles
- Updating program website
- Writing monthly program newsletter
